Born and raised in Roswell, New Mexico, Jen has deep roots in the community she serves. She has built her life and raised her family here, giving her a genuine understanding of Roswell and the surrounding communities that goes far beyond what can be found on a map.

With more than 15 years of experience in real estate and an extensive background in banking and lending, Jen brings a well-rounded perspective to every transaction. Her experience allows her to help clients navigate not only the real estate market, but also many of the financial considerations that come with buying, selling, or investing in property.

After years of serving buyers and sellers throughout Southeast New Mexico, Jen and her husband took the next step in their journey and opened **Wilcox Realty in January 2025**. As the company’s Qualifying Broker and Owner, Jen built the brokerage around a simple philosophy: provide knowledgeable, honest, and personalized service while treating every client and transaction with the attention it deserves.

Whether working with a first-time homebuyer, helping a family sell a longtime home, assisting someone relocating to New Mexico, or working with an experienced investor or business owner, Jen understands that every client’s goals are different.
